Equal Opportunity Employer The Loan Processor is responsible for the administration and coordination of all aspects of processing residential and consumer loans; data entry, verifying loan application information, tracking and maintaining required documentation, ordering appraisals, credit reports and flood certifications, and issuing commitments. Prior loan processing experience is required as well as strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Calyx LOS is a plus.
The Loan Assistant is responsible for preparing mortgage loan applications for review and approval by Senior Management. This includes ensuring application data is accurate and documentation is complete. The loan assistant is responsible for ordering appraisals, credit reports, etc. and issuing required disclosures. The loan assistant will also work with attorneys to prepare loans for closing. Also, meet with borrowers as needed to assist with completing an application or provide general information. Prior loan processing and/or underwriting experience is required as well as strong organizational skills. Knowledge of MassHousing guidelines and Calyx LOS is a plus.
